Job Description
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) in accordance with PSAK/IFRS standards
- Oversee General Ledger and Trial Balance accuracy
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory reporting
- Maintain and strengthen internal control processes
- Support manufacturing cost accounting, including cost calculation and variance analysis
- Work closely with the production team to monitor inventory and production costs
- Assist in tax reporting (VAT, WHT) and ensure compliance with local regulations - Provide necessary documentation for tax audits and liaise with external tax consultants
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and continuous process improvements
- Other tasks as assigned
