Position Overview
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR ops experience. Additional payroll processing/ managing payroll vendor (in addition to HR ops) is useful but HR payroll experience is not a must Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance for Singapore (mainly) though HR processing is outsourced to external payroll providers System savvy. Prior experience with global HRIS systems, such as Workday or similar platforms is required Our client is a leading MNC in the shipping industry based in town.
