To perform full complement with regards to industrial relations function for the company; participate together with Superior in providing high quality industrial relations advice and services to business units which result in improved industrial relations and other Human Resource Management policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer all day-to-day operations in field of expertise in a quality and cost-conscious manner, ensuring decisions are sound, fair, and consistent with the goals of the Hospital and in compliance to statutes.
• Assist in planning and organizing programs of industrial relations to prevent and mediate employee disputes and grievances.
• Develop and recommend policies for the mediation and documentation of grievances, discipline, and termination problems.
