Job Summary:
The Senior Exchange Online Messaging Engineer is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of Upstates enterprise messaging that are critical to business, educational, clinical, and research operations. This role establishes standards for mail flow to ensure consistent and secure operation of messaging systems across the organization. Working independently, the incumbent provides advanced technical leadership for Exchange Online and related integrations, including secure mail routing and SMTP relay services that support applications such as portals, reporting platforms, and external partner access.
