SENIOR BRAND STRATEGIST / SENIOR EVENT MANAGER

Primary SPOC for clients; maintaining said relationships to ensure repeat business to the best of your ability
Leading projects and collaborating with teams to deliver
Translate client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns and strategy, and look into quality execution of the same
Work with teams to develop decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with the clients objectives
Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients
Maintaining Gantt charts and any other relevant documents to ensure timelines and deadlines are met efficiently
Work closely with Operations Teams to prepare budgets, manage client approvals, and ensure adherence to financial plans
Work closely with Finance Teams to ensure invoicing, vendor registration, payment terms etc. are aligned
