POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace technologies that enable seamless, secure, and efficient end-user productivity. This role manages endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), telephony systems, videoconferencing systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Share Point.
