Position Overview
Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager Department: Internal Audit & Compliance Job Purpose To oversee the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Internal Audit and Compliance Director to develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct; manage day‑to‑day operation of the Program.
- Assist the Internal Audit and Compliance Director to develop and periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continued guidance to management and employees; implement initiatives to foster an ethical culture throughout the organization.
