You're a Senior Estimating Manager with 10+ years of experience leading preconstruction efforts for commercial and light industrial projects, including proven experience managing and developing estimating teams. In this role, you will oversee the estimating function, provide strategic direction on bids, and ensure the delivery of accurate, competitive estimates aligned with business objectives.
You'll lead and grow a high-performing estimating team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management, while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department. As a key contributor to project success, you’ll guide bid strategy across hard bid, cost‑plus, and design‑build projects, leveraging your expertise and advanced estimating tools (OST) to support informed decision‑making.
