We're looking to add a Senior Estimator to our Mississauga office to contribute to the growth of our Building operations.

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time on-site position in our Mississauga, Ontario office;
• Responsible for preparing Estimates for Design-Build and for CM projects. This will include all ‘soft’ budget elements including commentary, assumptions lists, presentation materials etc., as required;
• Lead on hard bid pursuits;
• Study plans and specifications;
• Interpret the technical specifications of the tender documents;
• Analyze and prepare tender documents;
• Discuss the working methods to be applied, parts of the work to be subcontracted, risks and constraints of the call for tenders;
• Perform quantity calculations;
• Evaluate the costs of materials, labor, and necessary equipment;
• Find prices from subcontractors and suppliers;
