Job Description
Clinical Care Comply with approved standards of nursing practices Work closely with the resident's doctor and multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents update on changes in the residents' conditions and needs Assist staff nurses (SN) to develop care plan for each resident and ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are as outlined in the care plan Assist in the evaluation of the resident's response to care interventions and revision of care plan if necessary Assist in the assessments of all new admissions Prepare residents' medical records and ensure all documentations are up to date Prepare and administer medications (oral and subcutaneous) to residents, complying with safe medication practices (only for those who have been assessed competent in the administration of oral and subcutaneous medicine) Supervise junior staff to ensure safe and quality resident care, and in compliance to standards Deal with emergency and incident that arises and ens...
