**Weekend Shift:**

**Friday-Saturday: 5:00am-7:00pm**

**Sunday: 5:00am-6:30pm**

**_Weekday training will be required: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm_**

**What you will do:**

+ Support daily powdercoat operations and respond to production issues that impact safety, quality, or throughput.
+ Troubleshoot and repair powdercoat equipment, including conveyors, ovens, spray booths, guns, pumps, reclaim systems, and wash systems.
+ Monitor line performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime, first-pass yield, and efficiency.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities.
+ Assist with root cause analysis for defects such as poor adhesion, contamination, orange peel, light coverage, runs, and color variation.
+ Support setup, programming, and adjustment of powdercoat equipment and process parameters.
