The Cisco Wireless Radio Software team builds and integrates the firmware and driver layers that power Wi-Fi radios across Cisco’s access point portfolio. We work closely with chipset vendors (Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek), platform teams, and system engineers to deliver high-performance, reliable wireless connectivity at global scale.

Our team operates at the intersection of RF, firmware, drivers, and system software—enabling advanced Wi-Fi features and ensuring seamless operation across complex wireless environments.

**Your Impact**

As an Engineering Manager for the Wireless Radio / Firmware team, you will build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for radio software development and integration.
