What you’ll be doing as a Senior Engineering Manager
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
