We are partnering with a UK leading retail and commercial real estate landlord on the recruitment of a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee a prestigious mixed use estate in Central London.
The Role:
Technical services lead for all functions and services in the building. Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX and OPEX. This is a client AND customer facing role! Develop and implement environmental and energy conservation initiatives and champion these initiative throughout the estate.
