Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead delivery execution across our Ascend Fraud and PID (Product Identity & Data) Acceleration workstreams based in Hyderabad, India.

This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering leadership role that demands deep technical fluency, proven people-management capability, and the ability to personally contribute to architecture and code when required.

The ideal candidate is someone who operates at the intersection of engineering and leadership — equally comfortable reviewing a pull request, troubleshooting a production incident, mentoring engineers, and presenting delivery status to senior stakeholders.

You will manage 2 engineering teams and be directly accountable for execution quality, on-time delivery, platform reliability, and team growth across 2 strategically significant programmes.
