Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer for their Norton, MA location. Responsibilities:

+ Maintain, Troubleshoot, and make small changes on Rockwell PLCs, FactoryTalk View SE, FactoryTalk Batch, Plantpax systems

+ Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders on Rockwell Technologies.

+ Develop / Modify technical documents, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures.

+ Ensure regular maintenance activities on Rockwell platform to ensure system continuity

+ Monitor and analyze system performance.

+ Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders on other technologies like OSI PI, or DeltaV batch .

+ Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

+ Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to Rockwell Technologies.
