JOB SCOPE
Reporting to the Manager & assists the Lead Engineer with the day to day operation of Telecom Services Create and optimize established processes used by the team and participate in regular process reviews Perform surveys and coverage walk-tests to collect and analyse 3G/4G/5G data Prepares mobile signal coverage heat map and detailed analysis report Manage Telco provider and its vendors in the maintenance and support of CAS and other related RF equipment Review and evaluate technical proposals from vendors Activate escalation procedures to key support partners as/when required in a timely manner Coordinate & participate in quarterly preventative maintenance activities for CAS and other telephony systems Provide reporting/metrics in relation to related Telecom system as/when required Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises annually Maintain service stand...
