Design and maintain standard cell's layout for new DRAM products on new technologyLead the stdcell layout projects from initial spec definition to till PPA qualified library releaseClosely collaborate with DTCO team to develop Stdcell architecture for emerging technologiesPerform layout verification like LVS/DRC/Latchup, quality check and documentation.
