the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on
extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsible and accountable for the solution of complex total
system problems. Directs, guides, and coordinates activities of a
team/teams of technical personnel performing complex
engineering activities. A wide degree of autonomy, creativity, and
latitude is expected. The technical peer of top management and a
member of this contract’s leadership inner circle.
