Responsibilities
- Providing normal business hours service support and on standby 24x7 for Incident calls or escalation calls.
- Reviewing, assigning, and supervising all support teams on their roles and responsibilities and align to Authorityβs expectation and standards.
- Managing, supervising and improving the workflow and throughput for Data Center operations where necessary.
- Managing/supervising incidents related to the M&E Facility and/or Cloud Operations.
- Reviewing Data Centre IT infrastructure process such as Asset Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, Service Fulfilment management, Change management and get endorsement from Authority to implement or update any policy/process/forms of the Data Center.
