Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise engineering projects
- Provide technical support and problem‑solving solutions
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review engineering drawings, designs, and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor work quality and safety compliance
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
- Train and guide junior engineers and technical staff
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Good leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of engineering software and tools
- Familiar with safety regulations and industry standards
