Responsibility
Oversee the day-to-day operation and manage a team of engineers and to be on standby with 24/7 on-call emergency response and availabilityMaintaining MEP infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors.Manage and plan for MEP preventive, corrective and predictive maintenanceManage and plan for annual shutdownPrepare monthly reports e.g. energy report, asset report Manage contractors and projects.Manage client enquiries and requestsRequirements
