Degree / master's in petroleum engineering or similar engineering discipline.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with 10 years' experience in an exploration and production or service-related company on field developments - focusing in reserves evaluation, simulation modeling and development engineering
Major experience with practical application of reservoir engineering principles to optimize reserves, recovery factors and production under various reservoir production strategies in oil and gas reservoirs.
Extensive experience in waterflood management and developing reservoir management plans.
Extensive experience in initiating workover and infill drilling activities and seeing them through to execution.
Experienced in leading projects and coordinating teams with an interest in moving into future leadership roles.
Established history of skills development and mentoring of junior engineers.
