Position Overview
Position Summary:
The Engineering Department of Tarkwa Gold Mine seeks to employ an experienced and outstanding individual for the position of Senior Engineer – Reliability. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the successful applicant will be responsible for the effective management of the Asset, Reliability, and Maintenance function of the Engineering department in accordance with Goldfield’s standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective Asset/Reliability management system, standards and procedures for process plants, automotive machinery and all related engineering infrastructure.Maintenance Strategy Development: Designs, implements, and optimises preventative and predictive maintenance programs.Conducts Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) to identify weaknesses and failure trends to prevent repetitive failures.
