What a typical day looks like
Implement Incoming Quality Assurance in the manufacturing processes per customer requirement
Monitor the Supplier Performance in the Production and Improve the part Quality
Must Ensure there is no material under Inspection hold more than 4 Hours in the IQA
Should Conduct audit at Suppliers end according to Flex Supplier Quality Requirement
Review the supplier performance quarterly and provide rating as per Flex Process
Schedule a Weekly Cadence with critical suppliers to review their performance
Drive supplier for the RMA and Control the MRB Inventory within a week
