Responsibilities

• Ensures all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning.
• Prepares and plans the deployment of workers to fulfill the commissioning schedule.
• Ensures the preparation of procedures and guidelines for systematic commissioning and start-up of equipment.
• Initiate and manage the commissioning by coordinating between the company and OEM.
• Highlight operational issues with regard to machinery and equipment.
• Ensure that OEM meets the contractual agreement accordingly.
• Audit work site regularly and ensure that proper housekeeping is adhered to.
• Supervise onsite commissioning activities.
• Coordinate work with other trades.
• Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklist.
