Senior Design Engineer – Current Product Development Salary: Competitive

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our Current Product Development (CPD) Team, playing a key role in delivering product improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance.
You’ll lead design engineering activities across current product change and improvement projects, working closely with manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and validation teams to drive continuous improvement from concept through to production.
Leading design engineering activities to deliver projects on time and to plan
Supporting design approval, compliance, and engineering sign‑off
Defining and supporting testing and validation activities
Mentoring and coaching junior engineers
Degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering (or equivalent)
~10+ years’ experience in a design engineering role within manufacturing
