Senior Engineer – PCC Lead

We are seeking an experienced subsea engineer to lead the technical development and product ownership of the Premium Connections and Casing (PCC) portfolio. The role involves technical oversight, product design, and cross‑functional collaboration across product management, supply chain, manufacturing, services, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define project requirements from conceptualisation through to validation, commercialisation, manufacturing, operation and maintenance.
• Provide technical oversight of the PCC portfolio to ensure designs are production‑ready, cost‑optimised, and aligned with operational capabilities.
• Partner with product management, supply chain, manufacturing, services/operations, and commercial teams to define product requirements, manage changes and support product rationalisation.
