We are recruiting for an experienced Engineer to work in our clients' busy Technical Department. As an Engineer you will be an integral part of the Technical team overseeing external Design and Engineering Consultants involved in the project management and administration of all technical and design matters for various residential projects.

The role:

• Assist in the production of layouts and technical reports for Land Appraisals; and required working drawings


• Brief and commission site investigations, topographical survey and other assessment reports on land acquired


• Brief engineering consultants on scope of design, which includes roads sewers private drainage, retaining walls, foundation designs any other substructures below DPC level either private or adopted
