The Engineer of BBTC M&E is involved in the operation and maintenance of all power supply installation at Bukit Batok Transmission Centre (BBTC). Ensuring Mediacorp terrestrial transmissions for both FM radio & digital TV meet government & company performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability tooperatepower supplysystemincluding the Power Grid power source, diesel generators, all electrical switchboards, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and any associated equipment at BBTC.
• Ensure the serviceability of all the building air-conditioning systems, transmissiontowersand any associated equipment.
• Carry out Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Goodproficiencyin communicating atdifferent levels
• Manage vendors& contractors.
• Provide supervision, testing of new/replaced equipment.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve faults and follow up on installation or dismantle of equipment.
