* Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.
* Assign roles based on subprocess and department.
* Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.
* Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.
* Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).
* Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
* Understanding of IT security principles and access control.
* Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.
* Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
