Responsible for capacity, manpower planning, space utilization and layout and improvement commit, and execution follow up
Lead and manage IE team and engineering to drive for improvement and consolidate the data
Education & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or its equivalents with at least xx years of relevant work experience in Industrial Engineering or Lean Manufacturing (functional skills)
5-10 years experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
Skills
Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team or physical team
Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
AutoCAD knowledge, MTM or other work measurement methods
