Position Overview
Instrumentation commissioning engineer experienced in Water Treatment Systems.Knowledge for understanding P&ID, E&I-relevant layouts, Loop diagram, logic diagram, control scheme etc.Coordinating PLC SCADA/ DCS FAT with Vendors/Customer and internal stake holders.Familiar with DCS/PLC system for programming and trouble shooting.Hands on experience for commissioning of Analyzers.Experience for commissioning of flow, pressure, temperature, level instruments.Hands on experience for commissioning and troubleshooting of pneumatic control valves and On/off valves.Experience on commissioning PA, Telephone and FDA system.Execute or supervise the loop checks and functional checks of the E&I system.Familiar with concepts like RCA, FMEA, Hazop.
