Job Description:
Responsible for all release activities Tape out request -> DBR -> Maskshop -> Fab (Includes all DRAM design centers)
Collaborate with Design/Process Engineer/Fab teams to understand priorities/timelines.
Prepare Layer mapping using Micron internal web-based tools.
Create base and mask stream files and ensure quality.
Rank and prioritize individual reticles to meet Project/Fab timelines.
Tape out Methodology:
Review tape out related issues and come up with flow improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
