• Provide guidance on HSE legislation and corporate standards to project teams, management, and contractors.
• Conduct daily inspections, monitor incidents, prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly HSE reports.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and non‑conformances; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, DEWA/TRANSCO consultants, and client representatives to ensure HSE compliance on site.
