Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead network-wide space efficiency and cycle time improvements. The role involves collaboration across manufacturing sites and cross‑functional partners to embed an operations excellence mindset in the Backend Manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cycle‑time metrics, reports, tools, enablers, and methodologies for accurate performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Drive network standardization of metrics, measurement scope, definitions, and methodologies to ensure consistent adoption across backend manufacturing sites.
• Establish and support cycle‑time targets aligned with Micron Best‑in‑Class objectives; lead or support Tier‑1 cycle‑time sub‑programs as subject‑matter expert.
