**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Engineer** to join our team in **Crane, Indiana.** This is an **onsite** position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability
+ Lead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.
+ Work alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems.
+ Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).
+ Assist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projects
+ Design multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parameters
+ Use software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data
+ Document testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance
