The Senior Construction Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for managing subcontractor and supervising construction activities related to Mechanical / HVAC, Piping, Painting, Insulation, Refractory and Fireproofing.
Works to a 90 day look ahead schedule and directs all field personnel and subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with Contract requirements, Petrofac Management System requirements and associated procedures and all relevant standards and national and international standards, as appropriate.
Contributes to the development of plans, schedules and estimates for individual work scope.
Ensures Go/NoGo checklist is signed off and sufficient Workfront is available before mobilisation of Subcontractor.
