Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end execution of HV substation civil works 132kV including equipment foundations, transformers, breakers, CTs, etc.
- Control buildings and substation structures.
- Precast concrete elements.
- Steel structures foundations and supporting civil works.
- Fencing, drainage, roadworks within substation boundary.
- Ensure strict execution as per approved IFC drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Manage full project lifecycle activities from mobilization to final handover and demobilization.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and precast installation crews.
- Review and implement method statements, ITPs, and construction sequences specific to precast works.
- Coordinate with design consultants, clients, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lifting handling safety for precast elements.
