This role will be providing IT Support at the Dartmouth office in Nova Scotia, Canada. It requires experience of handsβon technical support, infrastructure troubleshooting, metering, and monitoring. The role will be the point of contact for local support activities as required, supporting the local customer base with BAU support through the IT Service Desk and working with the wider networking and Digital Transformation team to implement a global strategy.
