Interim Senior Employee Relations Manager to join a large-scale public sector organisation on an initial 3 months + contract via Hays This is a critical leadership role within the HR function, responsible for providing oversight of employee relations (ER), including leading onplex ER cases and leading a specialist team, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent and legallypliant ER service.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of ER professionals, driving performance, capability, and service improvementAct as the senior escalation point forplex and high-risk ER cases, ensuring fair, consistent and legallypliant oues. Partner with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and Trade Unions to deliver effective and collaborative solutions.Support the development and implementation of people strategies, ER policies, and cultural initiatives Lead case reviews and promote early resolution approaches in line with best practice
