As a Sr Advanced Software Engineer – Android OS Architect (Sr Embedded Android Architect), you will help architect and develop advanced embedded Android and Linux platforms for Honeywell’s connected devices and industrial IoT solutions. This role is centered on systems-level software engineering, including Android platform customization, embedded software architecture, hardware/software integration, and low-level system optimization across modern SoC platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to drive Android platform development from system bring-up through production, supporting scalable, secure, and high-performing device solutions used in mission-critical environments.

You will report directly to our Sr Software Engineering Manager and work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
