About the job Senior Electronics Engineer

We are recruiting for an Electrical and Electronic Engineer for our global client in the oil and gas industry. This is a permanent role, salary negotiable by experience plus benefits, based in Aberdeen. Your role will involve new product design to upgrade or change equipment in the field.

Responsibilities:

• monitor product ranges working for the electrical, electronics and software engineering team.
• design input to new products, engineering support to existing product ranges, assessment of technical queries, providing solutions and liaising with internal departments such as procurement and production to ensure the achievement of best results
• source materials and components, create specifications, proposals, assembly instructions, test procedures, certifications and reports
