About the Role:

CPI is seeking a Senior Electronic Engineer to play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end product development , taking ideas from a blank page through to prototype and beyond.

This is a highly hands‑on, technically demanding role for an engineer who is comfortable shaping early‑stage concepts, working directly with customers, and navigating the realities of real‑world product development within quality‑driven industries such as medical devices, healthtech, and regulated engineering environments.

You will work across multiple engineering disciplines, contributing deep electronic engineering expertise while collaborating closely with software, mechanical, product, and quality teams. This role offers significant ownership, variety, and visibility across the full product lifecycle.
