**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of the substations and balance of plant for large and complex substation projects. You will lead the team by providing clear direction, expectations, and reviews to ensure goals are met or exceeded. The Sr. Engineer must identify key internal & external stake holders and their needs such as technical information, execution strategy, and drive effective communications to align people for efficient work. #LI-ML2

**Job Description**

**Location:** Remote, U.S. only
**Travel:** Up to 20%, including occasional international travel
**License Requirement:** Professional Engineering license in the United States (or demonstrating his/her plan to get PE license within a certain period) and willing to review and seal your work and the work of others under your supervision.
