- Modify existing equipment for continuous improvement and automation activities.
- Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage contractors and maintenance technicians to support projects.
- Design, develop, and oversee all aspects of electrical control systems.
- Work with equipment designers and vendors by providing clear communication and technical specifications.
- Manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant objectives.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
- Troubleshoot and program PLCs.
