We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Senior Education Manager SEA for SEA and India markets. In your role, you will report directly to our Head of Commercial SEA and work cross functionally with different teams.

Act as the strategic contact point for retailers and provide training initiatives that support commercial priorities and enhance in-store performance – trade meetings twice a year to provide new launch or big campaign information, product training (face-to-face and digital) to the retailers’ representatives, and other necessary supports to help retailers bring excitement and sales to CTAssess education needs across markets, translate insights into actionable strategies, and design targeted training programs to address capability gaps.Develop, adapt, and implement comprehensive training framework in close collaboration with HQ to ensure consistenc...
