About this role

Full-time, permanent role based in Kerikeri or Kaitaia, Te Tai Tokerau.

As a Senior Education Advisor, you will work directly with tumuaki, senior school leaders, and Boards of Trustees to strengthen educational performance in schools and kura. You will ensure that sector leaders and the communities they serve have access to the expertise, programmes and resources that will enable children and young people to reach their full potential.

You will be part of the Ministry of Education’s regional team, using evidence and student achievement data to design and implement projects that strengthen educational performance.

Salary range: $85,225 – $103,071 per annum + KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary that reflects individual skills and experience.
