Role Purpose
The Senior Duty Engineer at the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of aircraft maintenance and ensuring the seamless coordination between the airline and maintenance contractors. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of aircraft systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Key Accountability
Monitor the status of the airline's fleet to ensure all aircraft are in airworthy condition. Coordinate with flight operations to manage aircraft scheduling and maintenance requirements. Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting guidance to resolve in-flight and on-ground issues.
