Due to ongoing project expansion, they are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support project documentation management and coordination activities at the site office.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project-related documents, drawings, technical submissions, correspondence and records
• Administer and monitor document control systems, ensuring proper filing, version control, distribution and retrieval of documents
• Handle document submissions to clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update records through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma platform
